In our athletes, we have seen the average velocity increase by 3.2 MPH over this 10-week span. The highest we have seen is up to 10+ MPH velocity increase. There has never been an athlete who has not gained more than 2 MPH during this clinic.

Not only in the velo clinic do you get a throwing program but also a training program. In this program, we have seen many athletes make monster progressions with either gaining or losing weight. With the training program, we are able to tie in the healthier part of throwing as well.

The throwing program made accessible through our app. In the app, we can do check in and start seeing the progress in your velocity.

During the weekly group sessions once a week, there will be many coaches to not only help you with what you need but also throw harder and healthier too. These sessions are led by Tommy Costello himself.
